Digital Equity Planning for Three High Need Populations In Westchester County, NY
Support for the Pathways to Access report was provided through New York State’s Regional and Local Assistance (RLA) Grant Program, administered by Empire State Development through the ConnectALL Office to advance digital equity planning and implementation. This funding enabled Westchester County’s Office of Economic Development, in partnership with The STEM Alliance, to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and develop a strategic roadmap to expand digital inclusion efforts for three underserved populations. The resulting work supports locally driven solutions aligned with the State’s Digital Equity Plan and advances New York’s commitment to closing the digital divide for all residents.
